I am looking at renting a 3 bed apartment and interested in the Vision.

I am looking at between 4 - 5000 a month on a 12 month lease. Preferably high floor with views.

Can anyone help me out here please.

I will be arriving in Singapore on the 6th Feb, and will require a unit from the beginning of March

Take note that 0.5 month rental as commission is payable for 1 year lease.

    I am far from new to Singapore, as I have lived and worked there for many years.

    The reason this is one of the projects I have picked is because of the area and ease of getting to and from work, plus shopping etc.

    I have no reason to join any seminars with new expats thanks.

    I am looking at various places from River Valley, to West Coast Highway, So I am looking mainly at the moment at the Verve@RV, and the Sophia. I will also consider Reflections and Interlace. Plus I was looking yesterday at Blue Horizon, but that may be a bit older in age and I want a good clean modern condo.

    I have been researching a great deal on Property Guru and have selected a few places I will be looking at closely until I find one that suits my needs.
